What a Weekend!!!

Hello everyone!

I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to each of you who has already supported my fundraising efforts through Isa's Baking for Biscuits. Your generosity and encouragement have truly touched my heart. I made just over 460 chocolate chip cookies! 8 batches with 16 deliveries. It was a busy weekend and I am oh, so thankful.

I'm thrilled to announce that for the weekend of June 29th and 30th, I'll be baking a half a dozen delightful, lemon sugar cookies with a lemon buttercream frosting. These cookies are not just treats; they're a sweet reminder of the love and support I've received from my community. Your $24 donation will get you a box of these freshly baked delights, personally delivered to your doorstep.

I also want to express my deep gratitude to those who have chosen to support me in other ways, whether through kind words, advice, or simply being there for me during this exciting time. I've enjoyed connecting with so many wonderful people - from @TrailerSwift (with the coolest ride in Denver) to my 4th grade elementary school teacher (it seems like just the other day) and so many more!! Your belief in me fuels my determination to make the most of this upcoming adventure.

I've recently renewed my passport and I’m in the process of obtaining my UK visa for my student teaching opportunity. And, upon review of the suggested packing list, I guess I’ll be learning how to efficiently pack! Any tips?? In addition to baking, I've been enjoying my time working with 1st through 3rd graders – it's incredibly fulfilling and continuously reminds me why I’m pursuing teaching.
